
In Spring 2024 I will be offering six wellness sessions for the Disaster Resilience Learning Network (DRLN), a network lead by and for leaders of color. This network is convened by OHA, Trauma-Informed Oregon, and United Way of the Columbia-Willamette.

About the Facilitator

Danielle Marie Jones (she/her) is a weaver of embodied, liberatory and Earth-based practices. She loves nurturing spaces of rest, curiosity, play and connection. She has offered somatic classes and workshops for groups such as Wild Diversity, People of Color Outdoors, and Camp ELSO. Danielle is a 2019 graduate of the Bhakti Yoga Movement Center 300hr Teacher Training program and 2018 graduate of the Leadership for Sustainability Education MS program at Portland State University.

Expect trauma-informed and invitational yoga classes. Classes will welcome those new to yoga, while giving options for experienced practitioners.
2-hour workshops (DRLN members only)

your favorite cozy beverage
We will be delving into sensitive topics, with intention, care, and curiosity. About half of the workshop will be spent grounding in solo reflection and processing through small group discussion. The bulk of the workshop will be spent engaging in somatic practices to integrate and embody your reflections.
